Running Log

Got a new watch. So now will have much more accurate times.

Today’s route: 6.1 miles. 55m 17s.

    What kind of watch did you get?

    I’m following the recommendation of the Marathon Active Trainer - ran 7 miles on Saturday, 9:40/mile. I need to get improve my running time - I guess taking a 2 month break didn’t help.

    heh.. got a cheap timex. figured i didnt want to deal w/ heartrate, gps, etc etc. just run the route, plot it on pedometer then call it a day. :)
