Day 19 - 1012: PHOTO EXTRAVAGANZA
The kind denizens of 1012 hosted one of the coolest ideas for a party I’d ever heard of last night. They cleared out one spot in the house, set up a backdrop and some hot lights, and roped yours truly into doing photographs of all the party-goers that night. The party-goers all brought all sorts of props and crazy clothing to assemble some really wacky photos!
I’ve just started going through the pictures today, and I tell you, they are AMAZING - everyone was brilliant. But until I finish editing and get them posted up, you can check out the pictures Hui took over at his flickr photostream.
24 Days - No Rest for the Weary
Hardly getting any sleep those days. So many things to do, and just not enough hours in the day. And when I do try to sleep, my mind rolls and keeps on rolling all night long.
Three days, 10 hours sleep, 25,000 calories, two makeout sessions and 14 gigabytes…
I’ve just dragged my ass through the door of my bedroom after one mighty-damn-the-torpedos-full-steam-ahead weekend in Lexington, Kentucky, that consisted of lots of southern food, wagering on horses, drinking Maker’s Mark, a ton of pictures and witnessing two dear friends wedding.
