E&D Wedding - March 2008

Now that the bride, groom and family have seen the photos, I’m free to share some of my favorites from the wedding shoot a couple weeks ago over in Arlington, VA.

In terms of a good time, this was one of the best I’ve seen.  Everyone was there to have a good time, and they sure did!

    i love your wedding photos!

i noticed your depth of though when you tried to capture a picture (8th one) of bride’s rear hairs and lights circle around her head like she is saint or angel. this is one of my rare favor one that you have shown your sharp eyes to catch the abstract or small detail that no one else does not bother to notice or is not paying attention enough. this is true photographer!

btw, did you happen to use any wide angles lenses on these wedding photos. i could not catch any weird un-flatted photos on these photos.

    well done!

    Excellent pictures!

    Wow! I am impressed!

You have a great gift and thank you for sharing it with us.

I like the first two and the very last one best. The guy dancing at the end reminds me of an old saying, “Dance like nobody’s watching; love like you’ve never been hurt.”

    Or something like that.

    Anyway, cool pictures!

    :o)

I love the way you see through your own eyes through photography. I can’t say it often enough, Timmy. I love all photos for one common reason: they all capture true emotions whether if it shows sadness or happiness (or anything). It makes a person feel like s/he had been there.

By the way, I can see how much you’ve changed with your photography skills. You were just dabbling with camera at or around time of my wedding… and it only had taken you 5 years to develop awesome in-depth photography skills??! :)

buzz: yeah, the halo over the bride’s head is one of my favorites too. its a pretty cool effect! i did not use wide angle lens in this wedding. :)

lisa: yeah.. no kidding. i was looking at my old pics a bit ago and also looked at your wedding pics.. so many things i would have done differently today!

AND.. i’m still learning - still not as good as i want to be - but thats okay, i’m having a good time while doing that. :)

Great pics, definitely better than many wedding pictures I’ve seen. You sure have captured the mood of the wedding.

You saved the best one last. That “uncorked” photo said it all.
